Redireting?

[edit]

Can I redirect this to Bottom (BDSM) ? No, this page is different and psychological in scope.

Article should be expanded

[edit]

I understand the need for this article to distinguish it from submissive (BDSM) but the article should be expanded past a dict def. Pascal.Tesson 15:04, 29 January 2007 (UTC) Expanded as of January 2008.[reply]

"Taken in hand" subculture? WTF is that?

[edit]

Does anyone know what that stands for? The article is a stub and I have never heard of it. 92.226.92.221 (talk) 08:33, 15 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, it's a male-dominant heterosexual lifestyle movement...kind of a light S&M thing from the sound of it. Involves wife submission and disciplinary spanking that isn't supposed to be 100% sexual but looks like it's more sexual than some of its practitioners want may want to admit publicly, as there seems to be a large contingent of social conservative/fundamentalist Christian members within the Taken in Hand movement. Their website's the first Google result for "taken in hand". I'm kind of surprised there isn't already a Wikipedia article on it. Whiteguy (talk) 06:09, 18 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Where's article on "Submissiveness"?!!

[edit]

Specific "Submissiveness" article needed, HUGE subject; - animals / sociology, etc., links to things like Milgram, etc.; surprisingly missing article in Wiki., disambiguation page doesn't do it. Meaning in BDSM is VERY different animal than general subject, maybe keep link(s). (Adding template "split")
