I'm an exported Bengali male, and like all bongs have a fondness for food. My contributions to the Wikipedia have so far been centered around Bengali food, and sometimes the more general topic of Indian food.

Current project: Substantially expanding the entry for Bengali cuisine. God bless whoever started it, but I've drastically edited and expanded on his or her work. I've finished adding to most of the first few sections and will get down to expanding the courses and sweets in due time. It took me some time to discover that I could actually log in and keep track of my edits; all those anonymous edits by IP address are (apologetically) mine.

There are also quite a few contributions to the Nawabs of Oudh and the Nawabs of Murshidabad, a topic I found quite fascinating for a while.
