The Delta News Web
[edit]I propose to add an external link to The Delta News Web, http://www.deltanewsweb.com
While I have been told that it is not normally proper to add or suggest links that one has a personal interest in (I am the publisher), I wonder if in this case the link might be appropriate and helpful. The Delta News Web is a heavily used local news and information resource, and people outside the area interested in the community will find it helpful. There are many pages of photos and other information about life in Delta, mainly contributed by the community.
What is the procedure now?
Thanks...David

Mayor
[edit]This may be trivia, but...I found myself reading through various things, as I couldn't stay awake long enough to finish the work I started. From that reading, it appears that Mayor Hallgren was also mayor of Sitka during the 1990s. There have been a number of individuals throughout Alaska's history who have been the mayor of more than one town or city, but I don't believe those cases involved two cities spread as far apart as Delta Junction and Sitka.
