[edit]What name did Emilio use before changing his name back to his birth name?
Mr Sheen his father's product? Umm... no. That is completely wrong. From the wiki "Mr. Sheen is a brand of cleaning materials (chiefly floor and furniture polish) created in Australia in the 1950s by Samuel Taylor Pty Ltd." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mr_Sheen
Emilio Estevez is far better than Robert Deniro and Jack Nickloson. Those two wouldn't have made the grade in the breakfast club. Estevez is the man! 74.65.39.59 12:23, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
wasnt he in Mission: Impossible? 71.252.184.55 16:23, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
Estévez
[edit]Why is the subjec't name spelled "Estévez" instead of "Estevez"? I've never seen the name spelled with an accent. He was born and raised in the United States. Is this just what Wikipedia editors thinks is correct based on the spelling in some other country? If there's no source it should be put back to the conventional spelling. Will Beback talk 02:01, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
- Martin Sheen and Charlie Sheen's surnames are both listed as "Estévez" with the accent, and Martin's father was from Spain so presumably did use the accent. So it's not unreasonable. OTOH, yes, any materials at all with the accent used on Emilio's surname would help - David Gerard (talk) 23:29, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
- I don't think we even have a source for Martin Sheen's birth name having an accent. I don't see any in the Martin Sheen article. It's possible that his father dropped the accent when he emigrated. Will Beback talk 23:37, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
- Should it not at least be consistent throughout the article? It is spelled with the accent on first use; everywhere else as far as I can see it is spelled without the accent. Czetie (talk) 14:58, 21 September 2022 (UTC)

Reverted recent edits by 173.88.81.166
[edit]I reverted edits by 173.88.81.166 (talk) because none of this information is sourced. The People article shows Emilio Estevez's ex-girlfriend Carey Salley to be a model, not specifically a hand model. There is no source for that. Please feel free to compare versions of the article page and discuss if there is some disagreement. Also, I don't see where it is mentioned anywhere in a source that Mr. Estevez is a "committed intellectual". I'm not saying he's not, but where is the source? If he IS a poet and a philosopher, where is the source for that? I wouldn't be surprised if Emilio Estevez has written poetry. We just need a source. If I have time, I'll see what else I can find. Whoever added this (non-registered user) information, please find a source. Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia.--CreativeSoul7981 (talk) 01:58, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
Natasha Prasuad Estevez
[edit]Someone has inserted what appears to be a spurious sibling, Natasha Prasaud, in the Early Life section. I edited the page to remove this name, but it was inserted again, this time as Natasha Prasaud Estevez, a couple of days later. I believe this is vandalism, but being a newbie to Wikipedia editing I don't know how it can be stopped. The person inserting the name is anonymous. Micahbeck (talk) 22:27, 14 February 2010 (UTC) 65.31.53.230 (talk) 02:10, 19 July 2012 (UTC)There is no Natasha. I just finished reading Along the Way by Martin Sheen and Emilio Estevez. On pg. 394 Emilio thanks his siblings Ramon, Charlie and Renee- that's it-NO Natasha.
Charlie is "half-brother"?
[edit]Since when is Charlie Sheen Emilio's "half-brother"? Aren't they both children of Martin Sheen and Janet Templeton? IMDB thinks so, at least. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Asciident (talk • contribs) 19:50, 1 May 2012 (UTC)
His wife is from F.Y.R.O.M (Former Yugoslavic Republic of Macedonia)
[edit]His wife is from F.Y.R.O.M (Former Yugoslavic Republic of Macedonia)and not from Macedonia. Based on the U.N. decision on the country's name, up until a solution is found for the name dispute between Greece and F.Y.R.O.M.the later can't be mentioned as Macedonia or its citizens as Macedonians therefore his wife is F.Y.R.O.M. and not Macedonian. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.170.70.168 (talk) 02:20, 3 February 2013 (UTC)
- Please read WP:NCMAC. Please take note that the country in question is to be referred to as the Republic of Macedonia or simply Macedonia on the English language wikipedia and not as fyrom or similar. Please follow policy when editing. Dolescum (talk) 06:30, 3 February 2013 (UTC)
New infobox image
[edit]I object to the new image, you can't even tell who it is. Also there was no discussion/consensus for a change in the first place. - FlightTime (open channel) 22:44, 22 August 2020 (UTC)
