Delete. The club is not notable enough to deserve an article. In Rosario, the big club is Newell's Old Boys. Rosario Central has only a little portion of the town behind them. Also, Newell's Old Boys has supporters all over the country, but Rosario Central support dies over the limits of the city. Newell's Old Boys was the sub-champion of America twice, and Rosario Central only won a minor tournament called Conmebol. Newell's Old Boys has given a lot of important players and Rosario Central has not. Newell's Old Boys has 6 titles and is the last argentine champion. Rosario Central has 3 promotions to the second division and has not win a championship since 1987. Delete it, please.
