Hello - welcome to Wikipedia!. I've removed the images from Batar again. Based on the prominent text across these images, Getty Images holds copyright on them, so Wikipedia is probably not permitted to use them. For details, see the notice at Image:Batar_projectile_2.jpg, and the Wikipedia:Copyright problems page. Please don't reinsert the images until their copyright status is resolved. Thanks! Did you mean for this to go in your user space? Friday (talk) 21:55, 24 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I guess not. FYI, I've listed the article on votes for deletion. Nothing personal, but this isn't what the encyclopedia is for. Friday (talk) 00:12, 26 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]
You have your own copy of this article now here. You can do pretty much whatever you like with this and no one will try to delete it. Please understand that the deletion isn't meant as a value judgement on the topic. People are voting delete primarily because this topic lacks verifiability. No offense is intended. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello Joojoo! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 2 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 48 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:

  1. Salama Hamad - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
  2. Wa'el Nassar - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
