See above. I can't be bothered to deal with this shit, if you somehow think that NEDM is relevant to anything, then you're pretty misguided. Your edits to Radiation poisoning are a farce, have you played DEFCON? Do you know what it entails? I'll tell you what it doesn't entail, and that's radiation poisoning, same with Metroid Prime. - hahnchen 16:23, 27 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I like how you've wikilinked my comments, you'll see that I am often quite brutal in my assessments. It's just that I'd rather get to the point then fanny about with etiquette. I'd also like to make it clear that telling you you're wrong is not a personal attack. DEFCON has nothing to do with radiation poisoning, indeed, you can download a demo of the game if you wish off Steam. I have no idea why you consider facts as opinions. - hahnchen 17:05, 27 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Insertion of YTMND references in Wikipedia article

[edit]

Dear TheEvilBlueberryCouncil: Firstly, thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. However, after having seen a recent post on the Administrators' Noticeboard (WP:AN) about your persistent insertion of YTMND references with articles, I thought I should let you know about a few things. Firstly, please do not persistently revert to your version of the article when you feel something should be included on Wikipedia; it is, for one, poor etiquette, and causes "warring" between multiple editors over content. I would like to draw your attention to the three-revert rule (WP:3RR) which states that any editor that reverts to a previous revision of an article, in whole or in part, more than three times within twenty-four hours may be given a brief block from editing - in general, revert-warring is frowned-upon here.

Further to this issue, I would also ask that you read Wikipedia:Notability for guidelines on what is generally accepted to be noteworthy enough for inclusion in the article. Wikipedia is not designed as a place to publicise YTMND, and, I believe, the off-topic insertions you have been making are not really encyclopaedic in nature.

Please stop reverting back to your version - if you feel a given relationship to YTMND is of encyclopaedic value, please discuss it with other editors on the article's talk page (or on the talk pages of the editors in question) versus reverting to your version. Should you persist, I regret that you may be briefly blocked from editing by myself or another Wikipedia administrator, so I hope you shall take this on board in the future. Thank you very much, --NicholasTurnbull | (talk) 16:38, 27 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Apologies if I caused any trouble or anger. I'll make sure to discuss controversial edits to articles before making them in the future. --EBCouncil Speak with the Council 16:52, 27 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you very much, TheEvilBlueberryCouncil :) On a side note, I have also left a message to Hahnchen asking him to be more civil in future towards other users. I am most grateful for your cooperation. Let me know if you need any help relating to anything Wikipedia related. Best regards, --NicholasTurnbull | (talk) 17:04, 27 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Platform Hero Does Not Meet WP:WEB

[edit]

Your article Platform hero does not meet WP:WEB. No one has written anything significant about it, there are no sources or citations and the whole article is WP:OR. If you can do anything to improve the article please do. --Quirex 19:40, 26 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Platform hero prod

[edit]

I've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Platform hero, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at Talk:Platform hero. You may remove the deletion notice, and the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. Quirex 19:43, 26 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have put up the article David_Thorpe_(writer) for AFD over notability issues. I noticed that you have editted the article multiple times and perhaps you'd like to take part in the AFD. --Quirex 21:33, 13 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
