[edit]I noted on the "Grand Forks Herald" page, you include that "The editorial viewpoint is centre-left." In the interest of fairness, should it not be included that the Forum's viewpoint is center-right? As far as I know, more people consider the Forum conservative than consider the Herald liberal. What's the criteria here?

Glad to have your input. I didn't want to simply state the editorial viewpoint, I wanted to include paragraphs to give people some background on the paper. I could have put up "The editorial viewpoint is conservative.", but as you can see with the articles on the Grand Forks Herald, Minot Daily News, and Bismarck Tribune, I also included some brief details on the histories of the papers. Without that same kind of information on the Forum, I didn't feel comfortable taking the leap.
Also bear in mind that there are plenty of articles still left to be made in Category:Newspapers of North Dakota, and only the four largest papers have been given articles so far.
Before I close, I would also recommend registering a username and ending your comments with the proper signature code (-~~~~) before contributing on the Talk pages, as it tends to be confusing to users.

-Is there some factual basis for stating the editorial viewpoint as center-right? This seems like pure conjecture. Sorry for not creating a user name and following convention; I just noticed this and thought it should be looked at. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 134.129.126.116 (talk) 21:01, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:FM Forum logo.jpg
[edit]Image:FM Forum logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 06:09, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
